Strange redirect

"Operation Milagro" redirects to this page, instead of to Operación Milagro. That doesn't make much sense, as Operación Milagro is just one aspect of Cuban healthcare. It sees obvious to me that "Operation Milagro" should redirect not here but to Operación Milagro. I have to admit that I do not know how to fix this, but I have attempted to make the current redirect template more clear at least. JArthur1984 (talk) 02:50, 5 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Healthcare statistic doubts should be better sourced

The Currant sourcing for the the end of the lead looks like a research paper but is actually an editorial from Texas tech, which feels like a biased source to me. I think someone should find a non American source (or at least a real research article) or delete the sentence Alwaysbelieveinhope (talk) 23:40, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
